Our programs are supported by peer-reviewed research demonstrating measurable benefits in postoperative pain perception, patient satisfaction, and emotional wellbeing — without the side effects of medication.

Flagship Initiative

A Home for Music as Medicine

The Wellness HUB is M.O.M.'s community music studio in Raleigh, offering full label and production services through our partnership with The VCG — giving local artists access to professional recording, mixing, and release support in a wellness-centered environment.

Our group instruction programs are open to the community: weekly ukulele classes, one-on-one voice lessons, and facilitated drum circles bring people together through active music-making — no prior experience required. These sessions build connection, reduce stress, and create a consistent creative practice for participants of all backgrounds.

For artists and community members alike, the HUB is a place where music and healing intersect — a sanctuary in the heart of Raleigh where creativity is nurtured, stories are told, and the therapeutic power of sound is accessible to everyone.

Our Impact

Research-Backed Results

M.O.M.'s programs are validated by clinical research showing measurable improvements in patient outcomes — from pain reduction to emotional wellbeing.
